An outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop spanning 2,000 square feet with cabanas and a poolside bar.

Originally named The Cadence, Placemakr is an apartment/hotel offering Studio, 1, and 2-bedroom suites; each with complete kitchen, washer and dryer, and full-size refrigerator.
The rooms were spacious and stylish, with hardwood floors and decor that tended toward mid-century modern design.

Colorful and philanthropic boutique hotel that donates most of their profits to local causes.
25 bright and contemporary rooms and suites; configurations range from cozy Standard Kings to Bunk Suites that sleep up to 8 with 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.
On-site bar, garden courtyard, and lobby coffee bar.
This hotel had no concierge services and required guests to self check-in and check-out without daily housekeeping during stays.
