The 8 Best Hotels for Families in Cannes, France
Cannes was a favorite place we stayed during our trip around southern France – great for families too.
1. Radisson Blu 1835

Contemporary hotel providing fashionable family rooms (up to 4 people) with couches, Japanese bathrooms, playstations, kids games, free access to a kids club and balconies with garden or ocean views. Has 2 dining establishments (like a rooftop restaurant & bar with spectacular sights), 2 bars, an expansive 2,700 sq m Thalasso & spa, with indoor & outdoor saltwater swimming pools, hot tub and steam room. Good location within 5 minutes walking distance of the city center, near to the old town and many bars, restaurants and so on. There’s a beach close by too.

Set on the Croisette promenade, steps from the beach, offers lavish, well-kept suites (up to 4 people) with Art Deco & contemporary touches, including kitchenettes, jacuzzis, saunas and terraces (ocean and promenade views). Also offers a penthouse suite (1-4 bedrooms). The hotel has complimentary yoga classes, a private beach, 4 restaurants (one with a Michelin star), a bar, beach club with lounge chairs & a pier, kids` club, parking (fee) and an outdoor, heated swimming pool. Excellent location, just minutes from the Palais des Festivals and 2 km from the Cannes train station.

Splendidly located moderate hotel providing well-kept family rooms and penthouses with terraces (maximum capacity of four people) with mini-bars & coffee facilities. Penthouses offer magnificent bay views. Has a restaurant/bar, breakfast buffet (fee), parking (fee), 2 pools (indoor & outdoor), spa with a hammam & jacuzzi. The hotel is under a 5 minute stroll to La Croisette street, with many cafes, shops and additional options in the surrounding side streets.
4. La Bastide De L’Oliveraie

This charming 4-star hotel offers good value rooms featuring attractive interiors, kitchenettes, Nespresso coffee makers and balconies. Room types include classic family rooms (accommodating a family of 4, with small lounges and convertible sofas), junior suites, and family privilege rooms (sleeping a family of 6 with interconnecting bedrooms). Amenities include a bar, spa with hammam and garden. (No restaurant on site). There`s also a large rooftop pool, jacuzzi and solarium with lovely views of Cannes town. The famous La Croisette promenade is around a 15 minute walk away.
5. Hotel Des Congres Et Festivals

The lodging offered basic family rooms for up to four persons with mini-refrigerators and bunk beds. It was located ten minutes from the promenade, with many eating and shopping locations nearby
6. Golden Tulip Hotel de Paris

This downtown hotel offers stylishly soundproofed suites (accommodating up to 4 people) with balconies overlooking the granite-tiled swimming pool. Requesting the recently renovated suites is recommended. Amenities include a pool with sun loungers, a breakfast buffet and a bar. (No on-site dining is available). The location is superb with many landmarks within walking distance – Shopping on Rue d’Antibes (5 minutes away), the Palace of Festivals & Congress Hall (15 minutes), the old town and beach also nearby.

Understated apartment complex, offering dated but excellent value, spacious, clean apartments (family of 3) with kitchenettes (refrigerators, glass-ceramic hotplates) and coffeemakers. Also has 1 apartment with sofabeds that can sleep a family of 5. Has one restaurant & one bar, terrace with bay views, sun deck and underground parking (fee). Good location, less than a 10 minute walk from the harbor and the Palais De Festival.
8. Cannes Montfleury

Set a little outside of the town center (a 10-15 minute walk), this functional hotel offers pleasant, spacious family rooms (accommodating up to 4 people) with coffee making facilities and terraces. Two kids under 16 receive free breakfast and stay free when accompanying adults. It has a restaurant, bar, play area, kids’ menu, an outdoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Operates a complimentary shuttle to the city center.
