I’m an American who’s been exploring the world full-time for 8 years. My journey has taken me to countless breathtaking destinations, and I’m excited to share my experiences with you.

My passion for travel ignited during a solo road trip across Iceland in 2016. With a limited budget, I embraced adventure by sleeping in the back of a rental car for a month while covering 7,000 kilometers around the country, capturing Iceland’s scenic wonders on film.

One of my early videos caught the attention of millions and even earned a feature on BBC Travel’s international broadcast. This unexpected success fueled my wanderlust, propelling me to explore further and deeper.

Since then, I’ve ventured solo through many developing countries, including most nations in Asia, Central America, and the Middle East. My travels have been a mix of exhilarating highs and challenging lows, from natural disasters to cultural mishaps, but each experience has shaped my journey.

Some of the incredible adventures I’ve been fortunate to experience include:

• Witnessing an active volcano up close in Guatemala
• Exploring the icy landscapes of Patagonia and marveling at Argentina’s Iguazu Falls
• Encountering wild Komodo dragons and orangutans in Indonesia
• Spending nights in Balinese treehouses and observing the blue fire phenomenon in Java
• Sampling exotic cuisines like tarantulas and scorpions in Cambodia
• Riding a camel to the iconic Great Pyramids of Giza in Egypt
• Skydiving over the paradise islands of Oahu, Hawaii
• Visiting awe-inspiring world monuments such as the Taj Mahal, Tikal, Bagan, Machu Picchu, Hagia Sophia, Angkor Wat, Petra, and Himeji Castle

In 2018, I achieved a personal record by visiting 24 countries in a single year. I managed this feat on a modest budget, typically spending no more than $30 per day on accommodations and meals.

While I’ve explored many corners of the globe, my bucket list continues to grow. I’m always eager for new adventures and experiences that broaden my horizons.
