If you stay in this cabin, you’ll be approximately 45 minutes from the best hiking in Mt. Baker, Artist Point, and the stunning Picture Lake. Spend the day exploring Mt. Positioned over a creek – presumably named Hansel Creek – this cabin is small yet cozy inside. The lofted bedroom maximizes space in the living area, where a comfy couch and compact kitchenette can be found.
Outdoor showers are another thing we appreciate. And this little cabin has one, at least in the summer months. Plus a propane fire pit on the deck outside, perfect for an evening spent drinking wine and gazing at the stars.

My partner and I stayed at this home with spectacular river gorge views to celebrate his 30th birthday. From personal experience, it provides a lovely place to spend a weekend. It is set on a hill overlooking the Columbia River Gorge on the Washington side next to a horse pasture.
We spent the early portion of the day tackling one of the top hikes located in the breathtaking Columbia River Gorge before making our way back here to invest the afternoon unwinding on the patio with a novel and a glass of hard cider, activating the gas fire pit when temperatures began to decrease. Its location makes it conveniently situated for both hiking and visiting Hood River, which is around 20 minutes away.
Though the hosts reside in the house directly up the driveway, the sole souls you`ll view when staying here are the equines in the pasture.

The chessboard particularly caught my eye, as did the indoor fireplace (extremely cozy!) and the surrounding view observable from the round window in the bedroom.

There is a queen bed and bunk bed, making it suitable for either a couple or group of four.”

There`s a small kitchen with an induction stove and mini fridge. Savor any meal you cook al fresco at the picnic table in the charming little outdoor space adjacent to the tiny home.
Certainly not the most secluded Airbnb in Washington State – it’s right in the center of a residential neighborhood in West Seattle – but it merits examination for an exceptional stay in Seattle.

We particularly like the indoor/outdoor space that’s created when you open the doors, and think it would be the perfect place to spend a warm Pacific Northwest summer evening.

Lummi Island is located just off the coast near Bellingham, situated in the middle of the Puget Sound. It is a tranquil little escape that we have visited once before, and is home to one of the finest restaurants in Washington at the Willows Inn.
The kitchen at the rental is completely new, equipped with appliances we could only imagine having available to use in our own home.
The living area provides ample space for a group of four, with the expansive windows and open floor plan allowing an abundance of natural lighting inside.
