I am quite fond of this lodging facility. It is loaded with charm and character. Situated in the idyllic Nine Streets (De Negen Straatjes) neighborhood along the Prinsingracht canal bordering the wonderful Jordaan neighborhood, it comprises 25 beautifully restored dwellings from the 17th and 18th centuries along the canal that feature an assortment of unique charming rooms and suites. Views of life along the waterway are worth experiencing from a canal perspective. All suites have marble bathrooms and heated mirrors, complimentary sweet and savory treats, and bicycle repair kits. The top suites are the hotel’s ‘Luxury Suites’ that are individually themed (Book, Art, Antiques, and Music) and custom designed, providing private entrances, personalized beverage setups, canal views, and complimentary buffet breakfasts. The lodging facility also has a classic hotel boat for canal tours, a garden cafe and courtyard garden, a restaurant, and a bar.
