Lake Las Vegas is a small town roughly 45 minutes from the Las Vegas Valley. It’s one of the top day excursions from Las Vegas, but makes for an even better weekend escape. It’s also one of the best places to reside in Nevada, nearby but remote enough from the busy city.
The recreational options suit all age groups, ranging from an inflatable water park to a scenic golf course with lake views. Various watercraft like boats, jet skis and kayaks can also be rented. Spend the day swimming at the lake or exploring the charming downtown shops and eateries.
Boulder City

Boulder City is just a 30-minute journey from the Las Vegas Strip. It`s a historic desert town that has existed since the early 1900s.
