The hotel grounds are pretty expansive, with a large beach club with loungers, but with the rooms set back from the beach in the midst of tranquil natural beauty. Best of all, El Paraiso is so close to the Tulum Mayan archeological site that you can even walk to the ruins! The slightly more basic sister hotel to Coco Limited, the rooms are smaller here (some even have a shared bathroom). But the beachfront location is perfect, and the focus on sustainability is a big draw for eco-conscious travelers.
