ELaiolithos Luxury Retreat – Location

Mountain settlement providing incredible scenic vistas, around a 5-minute drive from the town of Chalki, and a half-hour ride from the port, airport and metropolis of Naxos.”

  • Address: Eparchiaki Odos Chalkio-Keramotis, Greece
  • Accessible Transport Options: Advance arrangements for port or airport transfers can be made through the hotel, but renting a vehicle provides the best transportation for guests staying at ELaiolithos Luxury Retreat. This is because the island`s mountain villages have little to no bus access and taxis can become expensive. Renting a car also allows for more freedom to explore the villages, countryside, and beaches around the island. The roads on Naxos are well-maintained and straightforward to navigate, even in the mountains. Driving to the hotel from Naxos Town or the Airport takes approximately half an hour.

Taxi service from the port, airport, or Naxos town to the hotel costs around €25. The trip takes between 20 and 30 minutes.

Public transportation runs between Naxos Town and the Church of Panagia Drosiani ( walkable in 6 minutes) but the bus only departs once for the city in the morning and returns once to the church in the afternoon. Renting a vehicle is strongly advised
